What Business Problem Do You Need to Solve?

Tell us what is happening, who it affects, and what needs to change. Bring the business context, the technical detail, or both. We read every message and reply ourselves.

Offices

We work with businesses wherever they are. Our practitioners are spread around the world and work across time zones, so where a business is based has never decided whether we take the work on. Our offices are in Canada and India.

A Useful Starting Point

Before You Get in Touch

We are not sure what we need yet. Is it too early to talk?

No. Start with the work you want to improve, or the plans your current systems cannot support. Working out what to build is part of the job, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say so.

How do you work with us if we are in another time zone?

We pick the practitioners for an engagement on the skills the work needs first, and then on how far their hours overlap with yours, so most of the people on your work are online while you are. Where a skill only sits in another time zone, we agree the overlap hours before the work starts and hold to them, rather than leaving you to find them out as you go.

How soon will we hear back?

Within one business day. Your message goes to the people who do the work, not to a routing queue, and the reply usually comes with a question or two about how the work runs today.

How much of our team's time will this take?

A small amount of the right people's time, early on. We need to understand how the work moves today, and the people doing it are the ones who know. After that, we keep the demands light and predictable.

Do we have to replace the systems we already run?

Usually not. Most of our work connects to systems that are already in place and have to keep running. Where something still meets the need, we treat it as part of the answer rather than something to rip out.

Who owns what you build?

You do, always. The systems, integrations, and code belong to your business, they sit in your accounts, and they stay with you if the engagement ends.
